Today we tackle Aussies favorite subject, toys! Below I have gathered a list of the top 5 dog toys sold on Amazon.

Allstar Innovations Wobble Giggle Ball- At first glance I honestly thought this ball was a joke and that my dog would not like it at all. Aussies Grandparents are always looking for the newest toys to by their dogs and Aussie, this one came up when Aussie was about a year old. This ball is interactive yet slightly annoying. All three dogs reacted great to it and even got some cute confused head tilts from the noises. I would just recommend turning it off or removing it from the area of the dogs so it does not scare you at night when it goes off.
Classic Dog Toy, Large, Red – This is a classic dog toy every dog should own. Aussie owns at least three of these in red and blue. We like to fill them with peanut butter and small treats and freeze them. She loves them on hot summer days, and it also keeps her busy for a good 30 minutes. Please make sure to buy the correct size kong for your dog, most grow out of their puppy ones and if you continue to use it after they are full grown it can cause their tongue to get stuck which leads to suffocation. Always watch your dog when they have a kong just to be safe. Other than this simple rule of thumb with sizing your dog will love you forever with this kong.
Dura Chew Power Chew Textured Ring Souper – This ring is great for puppies who are teething as it gives them something flavorful and sturdy to chew on. It also distracts them for a good amount of time so you can do other things without worrying about them. Pieces can break off so make sure you keep an eye on them when chewing on it so they don’t swallow the small pieces and choke. Aussie also had this as up to about a week ago when we saw it was heavily chewed and needed to be thrown away. This lasted 3 years with Aussie, Bear , Sampson and Bella all chewing on them. Highly recommended for strong chewers.
It Ultra Ball – For those dogs who love playing ball and like to chew them when they are bringing them back (Aussie and Kody) This is a great alternative to make the ball last longer than your average tennis ball. I will say Aussie has destroyed one of these balls after about a month of use, which for her is a record. I highly recommend this ball and there is an option for a two pack for around $12 sold through Amazon as well.
