Today I talk about bad breath and what it can mean, other than teeth issues.
Potential causes of Bad Breath:
- Kidney disease
- Liver disease
- Lung disease
- Foreign bodies stuck in the mouth (sticks)
- Tumors in the mouth and throat
- Ulcers of the tongue or other tissues within the mouth
- Out of control diabetes
Not the ONLY cause of bad breath!
Watch out for worsening bad breath, if it occurs have it checked by a vet ASAP!
Why?- most people assume its their teeth and not a bad deal, but it can be.
