Hyperactivity is mostly seen in puppies to young adults that lack impulse control. Especially for puppies it does not take much to get them over excited. Once this happens the brain releases dopamine, giving them an almost addictive feeling which encourages them to repeat this hyperactive behavior. Reward Calm Behavior
When they finally calm down reward them with a high value treat. Keep your tone of voice calm.
